So with the birth of this new blog, and the birth of our new baby girl, it's only right that I share the birth story that I know some of you have been anxiously waiting to hear.

If you don't want to hear it, look away! And don't say I didn't warn you.

It was an early July morning, nearly 23 years ago, and five days past the due date -
- oh wait. you didn't want THAT birth story?! my bad. let's try this again...

Daisy Anne

Hey, world! I'd like to introduce you to Daisy Anne.

Born Monday, March 4th.
1:20am
8lbs, 11.6oz 
21" long

Complete with a full head of hair
Real, actual eyebrows
The squishiest cheeks
And perfect rosebud lips

My favorite thing?
Watching the hubs turn into a Dad.
He loves her SO much, and takes such good care of her, and it is adorable.
Daddies are the best.

Basically, she's a beaut, and we love her so stinking much.
Family is where it's at, you guys.
I never knew you could feel this much love without going into cardiac arrest...
But apparently you can.

And it is the most wonderful thing.
